Service Description. This Site describes Residential Remodeling, Remodeling Service, Kitchen Remodeling, Painting Service, Bathroom Remodeling, Roof Installation, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting provided by El Shadday Construction. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to El Shadday Construction and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

No Warranties. El Shadday Construction disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, El Shadday Construction's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid El Shadday Construction in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless El Shadday Construction from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TN law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TN for any related dispute.

Updates. El Shadday Construction reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
